3. Rates and taxes
- Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and exclusive of tourist tax.

4. Booking and payment
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or a deposit.
- The balance of the stay is payable on site, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5. Cancellation and change conditions
- Conditions vary according to the rate chosen and are specified at the time of booking.
- Unless otherwise stated, cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival.
- After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be billed.
6. Arrival and departure
- Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
- In the event of late arrival, the customer must inform the hotel.
7. Rules of procedure
- The establishment is entirely non-smoking.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- The customer undertakes to respect the premises and not to disturb the peace and quiet of other customers.
8. Theft, damage and missing items
- The customer is responsible for any damage, disappearance or theft of objects belonging to the establishment (e.g. hairdryer, door tie, glass bottle, pillow, vase, umbrella, etc.) during or after his/her stay.
- The hotel will :
- After informing the customer, deduct the corresponding amount from the credit card provided at the time of booking, in accordance with the authorization given when accepting these terms and conditions.
- Demand full reimbursement for missing or damaged items, based on their replacement value.
9. Force majeure
The hotel may not be held liable in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

12. Applicable law and competent court
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, the courts of the jurisdiction in which the hotel is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
